How it Works

Create an Account

Sign up for a After School Care account to access all features. You'll need to provide basic contact information to get started.

*Please only create one account per family/child - we will be adding the ability to add additional parents/guardians soon.

Add Your Children

Add your children's information to your account. This includes their name, grade level, and teacher information.

Preview Classes ("Sneak Peek")

During the preview period, you can browse all available classes for the upcoming enrollment period. This gives you time to discuss options with your children before enrollment opens.

Submit Enrollment Requests

When enrollment opens, submit requests for the classes your children want to take.

Immediate Enrollment

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If space is available when you submit your request, your child will be immediately approved for the class. If a class is full, your child will be added to a waitlist and may be offered a spot if one becomes available.

*You may lose your spot if you fail to accept classes by the deadline date.

Accepting Classes

Review the classes your children have been approved for and accept or decline each class. When you accept a class, your spot is reserved and payment will be automatically processed using your stored payment method once the class reaches minimum capacity.

If a class does not reach minimum capacity, it may be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and the class will be removed.

Automatic Payment Processing

After you accept a class and it reaches the minimum enrollment, payment will be automatically processed using your stored payment method. If you have applied for financial aid, payment will be held until your application has been reviewed. Don't worry, your spot will be held until then!

View Your Schedule

You can view your schedule at any time to view your children's complete schedule, including class dates, times, and locations for any paid classes. Your schedule will be updated automatically as you enroll in new classes and can be synced to your personal calendar.
